Clean Colon

In North America, there is a growing awareness of the problems that a very large sector of the population is bringing upon themselves through overeating and leading a generally unhealthy life style. When once, and not so long ago, you could pick out two or three overweight people in a crowd, today the opposite applies and the thin and healthy people are now the ones that stand out.

However the fact that this has to change is apparent to us all, yet many of these overweight people seem to have accepted the fact that being overweight and out of condition is a form of default, and they refuse to do anything about, either for the for own sake and for the sake of their loved ones.

In the last few months increasingly large numbers of people who are putting their overall state of health at risk through being chronically overweight have begun to notice that their pay packet has begun to shrink in proportion to the weight increase. And why is that?

Because their employers have begun to increase their health insurance premium in relation to the increased risk that they have brought upon themselves. Insurance companies know how to calculate risk, and when they see a walking time bomb, they rapidly reassess the chances of this person requiring hospitalization or surgery or even face premature death. They are not slow in increasing their premiums accordingly or even refuse to renew the policy in extreme cases.

There is no better form of rude awakener than that. And many people need that shock to realize that they are indeed putting their health at risk because of their negative habits. They will usually turn to a dietitian who will recommend a healthier protein rich diet and a gradual exercise program, in line with their patients overall health condition. What they will always recommend is a colon cleaning program that will exorcise all the rubbish and bacteria that has accumulated there. This is the first and best step in a person's return to fitness.

The next time they go for their annual check up, they will receive the moral boost of having their premium reduced to its previous level. With all the money they are saving on their food budget, whilst eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as drinking only water instead of soda or beer, they will soon discover that their bank account is as healthy as their colon.
